Jumping Surpress Signal doesn't surpress Jumping Signal

As said in the Title, the Jumping Surpress Signal doesn't surpress the ability to jump.
I haven't destroyed any surpressing device but I am able to jump out of the sector. In fact, as I encounter this bug there wasn't any surpressing device (or it was hidden very well
)
