Expertise skill buffs reset all the time

Expertise skill buffs via augmentations (3 items get one augmentation) get reset all the time towards one level higher as the basic level. I am guessing it is not only with expertise but with other skills too.

Thanks, I think we already found and fixed this bug with spending/loading/transferring augmentation points
