Game fails to start

Ryzen 7 3800x
AMD RX 5700XT 8gb

Just downloaded it and tried to play but got this error. Anything more I can add please ask.

I think you also wrote in another thread where I gave this answer:
Are you on win10? If not, it probably starts for you if you add the launch parameter -dx11 However, be aduvused that our minimum requirement is win10, so we can't promise that the game will run on win7 with future unreal engine updates

Yes I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64
up to date.
