How often do you get this? Are you able to play the game at all?

This looks like the usual "d3d device being lost" unreal bug (more info here: https://forum.everspace-game.com/discussion/5345/crash-report)

However, it is a little supsicious that it says INTERNAL_ERROR in your case and also File:Unkown, which leads me to believe that your installation of Everspace is corrupt.

I'd suggest a fresh reinstall, delete all installation files including config files in C:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\AppData\Local\RSG\Saved\Config (you can fiind the folder more easily when typing %localappdata% in a Windows explorer address field, which will take you to C:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\AppData\Local\ and then navigate from there.

If after a re-insall you still get the problem, please thourughly work your way through this extensive list and let us know the results of each step:

You probably missed this part of my reply:

So, please take the time and go through the list, especially check if you are on the latest graphics driver and if there are any windows updates you have not installed. Also, please give us your system specs.

That it says KERNELBASE.dll!UnknownFunction in the error message is a little suspicious and probably indicates to missing installation requirements.

But other than that, the "d3d device being lost" unreal bug does not give me much hope, because quite a lot of people are affected by it (see the link I posted https://forum.everspace-game.com/discussion/5345/crash-report), some managed to get rid of it by toning the overclocking of their graphics card down. but let's first try to see if you can manage to start at all and play at least a couple of minutes before this crash occurs.

@dannyq2 Just saw that you posted on my wall, not sure when. If you still get it after the troubleshooting steps, I don't know how to help anymore. I sugest you try to get a refund for the game (on Steam you should get one without a problem if you've not played for more than 2 hours and bought the game within the last two weeks, for GOG you should just be able to refund it without any problems.)

Other than that I can only recommend that you google "Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost." for maybe more ideas/suggesttions (that's all we're doing as well)
