So I'm getting this error now a lot and it seems to happen randomly. Sometimes just when I open the game or when just flying ingame or loading diffirent sectors.

Hi, unfortunately this is the known "Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost" issue which most often occurs when it's just too much to handle got your graphics card. It has been reported that this can be reduced by toning the overclocking of your graphics card (some are factory overclocked) down. You could also try playing on lower graphics settings and see if it occurs less often or not at all, then.

So it seems i might need to get a new graphics card as it is not overclocked and i have all the settings at minimum already. My graphics card is pretty old already so this is good reason for me to finally get that better card.

@blair0503 : Unfortunately it looks like the game currently won't run on a 32bit system after we made the switch to Unreal Engine 4.16 a few weeks ago, because some of our resource files are now too big for this version. We have been able to fix this by creating smaller pak files, but unfortunately this fix will only be live at the end of the month when we release the Encounters Expansion - sorry that we can't offer an update earlier, but we're currently very busy with adding final features, testing and polishing and can't make a quick update.

If so presume it will be a free update right?

@blair0503 there will be a free update with some new goodies outside of the DLC pack that may be purchased, yes.
