Crash the first time I died (and other crashes that didn't give me the crash report screen)

This was in version 1.0.7, it happened on June 4 and I just got around to creating a forum account.

Hardware:
HTC Vive
Intel i5-6600K
16GB DDR4 (2x8) 3200MHz
MSI RX 480 Gaming X 8GB

I was playing in VR; it was my first time playing on my computer. I got a few jumps in, made a few thousand credits, then died. Steam showed me an achievement for dying the first time, then the game crashed and showed me this crash report:
