I had two crashes on my game.

Unfortunately I don't remember exactly what I was doing.

GTX1080
32GB Ram
Windows 10

Also, with reference to https://forum.everspace-game.com/discussion/4226/just-an-in-game-crash#latest.

I too had problems creating a new discussion , so I used Edge and the new post button appeared. Then I went back to chrome and refreshed the page and the new discussion button appeared.
