Graphics Drivers Crash

I'm on my fourth or fifth run, and every time I load into this run, shortly afterwards it minimizes or something and afterwards I get a message saying my graphics driver stopped responding and recovered.
Here's a video of the issue:
Here's an image of the crash notification: http://i.imgur.com/pHCH9fY.png

I'm not sure where my save file is stored, but I assume that'd be helpful, so let me know where to find it and I'll attach it here.

The two display adapters that show up in Device Manger are:
AMD Radeon (TM) R9 380 Series
AMD Radeon HD 8570D

I just clean installed Windows 10 and finished updating it a couple hours before playing, so I doubt I have any weird programs that are interfering.

I've tried different resolutions and toggled fullscreen, but the result is still the same.

The crash can happen as soon as I load the level, or as long as it took in that video (one of the longer lifetimes). The crashing seems arbitrary in the sense of how long it takes to happen.

I never have performance issues, but here are other hardware specs in case they're relevant:
3.9 GHz quad core CPU
16 GB RAM
4 GB VRAM

If I can provide any more info, let me know!

You should perform a clean install of your graphics driver. I had something similar before twice (though with Nvidia) and that fixed it both times.

I have an R9 280X and experienced the very same thing. However, it's not unique to this game. From what I've heard, the 280X's VRAM starts acting up once the temps go over 55 C. Try taking down your memory clock a bit and increase your fan speeds.
