    @ES_8033 , I'm super sorry to hear that. I see you even posted on the forums back on September 13th about not receiving a key.

    I'll tag @ROCKFISH_Michael here; he should be able to check out what's going on. In the meantime, make sure you have your order # at the ready and they should be able to fast-track your key to you.

    Sorry about the inconvenience, but know that there have been some incredible patches that will be a blast experiencing from a fresh start!
