Crash at mining facility

Alrighty... 3rd play through. Came in sector, just mined crystals inside a huge roid. Checked out the scenery, used my boost drive to get to a mining facility, collected 2 ores that got spat out of the circle'y miners that are on the roids. Checked the mining facility out as I could shoot a storage globe thing on the facility then it crashed.

D3D device being lost? Is that something with my gfx card maybe? Running the game on full gfx @1920x1080 144Hz.
