[Suggestion] Active HUD control

Issue:
When certain background region is active (like a planet or a gas cloud), it becomes too difficult to distinguish yellow/red selections on ships, including aiming reticle.

I'd like to have some control over such important HUD elements, or at least better default attributes. They should be perfectly visible on all backgrounds. Possible ways to solve this are to configure their opacity or add clear edges.

    Agree that the markers are sometimes very hard to see, especially on reddish backgrounds. We'll see what can be done to improve this.
