Account problem with the forum

This is not the account I registered the game with. I've registered this new one to see how to retrieve my normal login.

First of all, my email is indeed registered, as the system tells me so if I try to register with it again.
I do not have the password for that account though, so I requested a password reset. I have done this three times now over an hour (waiting anything from 10 minutes to 30 minutes) but there has not been any email coming in - no email came, no spam, no nothing.

Can a Rockfish person get in touch with me somehow? I did not see a support ticket system (which would not be surprising, as this is not a released game yet).
