Getting GoG key...?

in KICKSTARTER & OTHER SUPPORTERS (ES1)
I received the Steam Beta Key (I was a Kickstarter Space Dog pledger). I never used it, planning to get the GoG key if it ever became available. How do I get the GoG key now?

    Never mind. I should have read the whole email.

    Forwarded my beta key...now I just need to wait for my gog key to be sent to me :smile:

    So back on 9/14 I forwarded my Steam Key back to support in order to get my GoG key. I understand it can take more than 24 hours (which the email mentions), but WHY have I not gotten yet?

    I notice the deadline to requesting this is this Friday 9/23, and would really like to get my GoG key soon :/
