Steam says i don´t own this game oO??

in KICKSTARTER & OTHER SUPPORTERS (ES1)
I tried to write the first review of this game. But i can´t post it because steam says i do not own this game because of familiy share. Which is not true obviously?? Do i need to re-download or is there a new activation key for early access??
What is wrong here?

    There are new review rules but there also seems to be a problem with reviews in general currently on Steam.

    Yup, this isn't a mere Everspace issue; it is Steam-based, happens on a lot of games at the moment.

    Steam fixed the issue, reviews can now be posted again
