Aim sensitivity?
Super excited to see the prototype released to Steam. Instantly picked it up. Tried hopping into the game and first thing I noticed (and haven't been able to find a setting for) is the aim sensitivity feels like it's through the roof. I play on mouse/keyboard and it was great in Everspace, but this is almost unplayable for me. The reticle is white/small and blends in with a lot of the background. I find myself not being able to see where I'm aiming. Is there a way to turn down the aim sensitivity or change the color of the reticle?

Is this game going to be made available on GOG
I backed for the Xbox version, but was also wondering if it will be made available for GOG as well as Steam?
Re: Is this game going to be made available on GOG
That's awesome! I'm not anti-Steam, but the guys over at GOG are doing a great job of keeping things anti-DRM. And I hear they're pretty fair to deal with...
Re: Stadia controller - custom mappings
Hey,
After some testing, I found that changes do not carry over from PC to chromecast. That was unexpected.
But remapping did work as expected while playing on the PC.
Glad that remapping worked for you threeonthirds!
Michael you seem to have stumbled into some unlucky edge case.
I wonder if even remapping keyboard keys isn't working for you?
If so, I assume you had tried keybindings like ' + Alt' or something like this initially? right?
Maybe you could contact me directly ([email protected]) and let me know your Stadia name? If you are ok with this, I would like to ask google if there is any way to retrieve your config files / restore them to default.
You can also wait for our patch to come out, I am pretty confident, we can fix this.

Re: Ceto Ghost Hunt Bug - saves attached
OK, I was able to fix this - thanks for your help!
Re: Alpha w h e n?
Hi, we can't give you an exact date right now, as it really depends on how many critical bugs still need to be fixed after testing an Alpha release candidate, but it looks like it will definitely happen this month.
We'll be moving discussions and bug reports/feedback to closed Alpha forums on Steam this time (as everyone will get a steam key, so no hurdles with registering etc. and we'd also like to have all feedback in one place as much as that's possible)

Re: Rep & Purchases
Doing missions for certain factions will unlock certain benefits, yes.
Re: Frozen white screen after second encounter with Seth
Yeah, that's one of these very rare bugs that we don't think we'll ever fix. Not sure anymore, but I guess about 20 people where affected by this as of now.
You can simply attach your save game files as a zip here (both the CurrentRunSave.sav and the CurrentPlayerSave.sav) or send them to support at rockfishgames . com in case you don't want them to be public.
They can be found at C:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\AppData\Local\RSG\Saved\SaveGames
You can quickly find the AppData\Local folder by typing %localappdata% in a Windows Explorer address field.
Once we've received your save games, we'll then just play your save game, watch the video and the the game will then be saved when entering the next location. We will then send you your new save games back. You should then be able to re-watch the missed video in the codex tab and won't be missing out on anything.
It's all very weird...
